Arabic Language Teacher Training Program for Non-Native Speakers
You previously contacted us regarding the Arabic Language Teacher Training Program for non-native speakers.
We would like to inform you that we are launching a new cohort of the program in a more intensive and advanced version, delivered by a select group of lecturers — starting before the end of this month, God willing.
We have designed this version to take place during the weekend (Friday and Saturday)
in order to suit work schedules and allow more flexible attendance, with the option of combining in-person and online participation.
The previous cohort achieved outstanding results, where:
10 trainees were selected to work with us under flexible contracts,
and two others were assigned to teach at the institution’s branch in Saudi Arabia.

Below are the details of the updated Arabic Language Teacher Training Program:
🔹 Study schedule:
Every Friday and Saturday
At 4:00 PM Mecca time
3–4 hours per day
— The program starts, God willing, on Saturday, April 25.
🔹 Program duration:
3 intensive training weeks
🔹 Training content:
- Professional strategies for teaching Arabic to non-native speakers
- Training on conversation-based teaching using the “Takallam Arabic” curriculum
- Educational and cultural interaction with foreign learners
- Practical training through real classroom observation
- Access to live class observation sessions throughout the day for broader experience
- Performance evaluation and teacher skill development inside the classroom
🔹 Program features:
- Accredited certificate from Taibah Foundation + authorization to teach the “Takallam Arabic” curriculum
- Copy of the first part of the curriculum
- 10 additional free certificates for outstanding trainees from Passion American University
- Opportunity for outstanding trainees to work with us under flexible contracts
🔹 Job opportunities:
10 trainees from the previous cohort were selected to work with us,
and two of them were assigned to teach at the institution’s branch in Saudi Arabia.
The average teacher income ranges between 5 to 10 USD per hour,
with teaching in small groups that help highlight teaching skills easily.
🔹 Attendance system:
Available online via Zoom, in-person in Mokattam, or a combination of both.
🟢 First session: Foundations of teaching Arabic to non-native speakers
Introduction to the main principles and common mistakes, and overview of the philosophy of the “Speak Arabic” program.
🟢 Second session: Lesson components in “Speak Arabic”
Explanation of lesson structure, organization, and roles of teacher and student.
🟢 Third session: Warm-up in the “Speak Arabic” curriculum
How to prepare learners using audio-visual and implicit learning approaches, and classroom attention management techniques.
🟢 Fourth session: Conversations in the “Speak Arabic” curriculum
Training on dialogue management and developing speaking skills through interactive classroom activities.
🟢 Fifth session: Activities – exercises – assessment
Designing activities, teaching methods, and effective assessment strategies.
🟢 Sixth session: Micro-teaching
Practical application and comprehensive evaluation to assess trainee performance and improve teaching skills.
➕ Practical application:
At least 10 hours of real class observation with students to see skills applied in practice.
